Steve was present during the inspection. No night swimming shall occur until regulatory authority approves the night swimming after a night verification. Umbrella must remain in place at all times pool is operational. Padding must remain intact around base of umbrella at all times. No signature occurred due to covid19 pandemic. Issuance of this permit by this department does not negate meeting requirements of executive order 195 or subsequent orders in effect unless such orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable order.
