General CommentsEHS observed that all lowboy units and the grill drawer on the line are in disrepair. PIC stated that the units have been in disrepair since Friday and a vendor has been out to look at the units once. PIC stated that a vendor is coming out tonight or tomorrow morning to repair the units. EHS will return within 3-days to verify that the units have been repaired. However, PIC must notify EHS tomorrow about the repair of the units. Facility has temporarily added items to their TPHC procedures. This is a temporary solution for the lowboy units being in disrepair. The facility will not be permitted to continue operations if the units are not repaired.
