Inspection conducted with CPO Patrick Sigley and maintenance supervisor Kurt Bartley. Verified items from 5/19 inspection. PDSC form submitted, new test kit, good records, spa jets installed, safety signage in place, signage at spa directing bathers to location of emergency phone, flow meter working, chemicals properly stored. Spa heater not yet turned on, did not take temperature reading. Permit issued with the following conditions: Night swimming is permitted.
