EHS was granted access to all doors leading onto pool deck from condos and common areas, confirmed that there is audible alarms and self closing/self latching doors for common areas. Piece of broken fence fixed during visit on 4/21. Body hooks replaced and throw rope adjusted to proper length during 4/21 visit. EHS confirmed PDSC information. Aquatech representative Jeff Frey on site during inspection. Permit issued.
