Leak near deck drain located nearest to club room. Pavers had been removed and not replaced as sloped to drain. Deck drain and autofill offsets. Once repair has been made to leak at drain, ensure decking is installed sloped to drained and sealed with polymeric sand. Deck drain and autofill shall be flush to the deck as to not present a trip hazard. Given 30 days for completion. Intent to Suspend issued. If needing additional time, provide scope of work for completion.
Deck drains beginning to rust again. Continue to monitor and repair if worsens or becomes a hazard.
