Asked food handler and they were able to say a couple symptoms but no illnesses. CDI - PIC has employee health handout to place at stands. |

3-501.19(B)(3) Follow written procedures for foods held using Time as a Public Health Control (TPHC) for 4 hours. Food shall be marked to indicate the time that is 4 hours past the point in time when the food is removed from temperature control. Pf Observed onions and peppers were not written on the TPHC log sheet. CDI - PIC was able to determine when they were removed from temp and properly wrote the temp and time on the log sheet. |
