General Comments

Inspection conducted with Seth Pardon. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Note: No label on pump. Observed Sta-Rite Pump with 3 HP motor. New gates and surrounding fencing installed. Ensure gates operate on a battery backup or are designed to stay latched in the event of a power outage. Some coping tiles cracking. Recommend patching or replacing. Permit denied for the following items 15) 16) Inspection did not pass. A $100 reinspection fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling a reinspection. This can be done by calling our main office (980-314-1620) and paying with a credit card.
