General Comments

Inspection conducted with CPO Hector Villanueva. Main drains and equalizer line covers expire 5/6/2025 and 5/19/2025. Equalizer line cover at steps a dummy cover that will need to be abandoned per state guidelines when cover expires. Replace with new ANSI/APSP/ICC-16 approved drain covers and provide updated Pool Drain Suction Compliance form to our office for approval prior to drain cover expiration. Also have the option to abandon equalizer lines per state guidelines. Paint on pool floor bubbling and chipping. Prior to 2025 pool permit being issued, will need to repaint or replaster pool.
