General Comments

Inspection conducted with Seth Pardon. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. No label observed on pump. Observed Pentair Challenger pump with 1 1/2HP motor. Newly installed electronic gate latch. Ensure that latch operates on a battery backup or is designed to remain latched if there is a power outage. Offsets between coping and deck. Maintain deck so there are no gaps or offsets > 1/2". Caulking deteriorating along coping. Recommend re-caulking. Immediate suspension issued 22) Inspection did not pass. A $100 reinspection fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling a reinspection. This can be done by calling our main office (980-314-1620) and paying with a credit card.
