General CommentsInspection conducted by Eric Oakley with Will Harrison observing. CPO Adolfo Nunez is the new CPO for the pool. Updated CPO information in our system. - The paint to the contrasting color band on the edge of the stairs was observed to be fading and in need of repainting. Contrasting band still clearly visible at the time of the inspection but may lead to issues in the future. - The equalizer cover adjacent the pool stairs was observed to have a gap between the cover and the pool wall due to improper/poor plastering. Facility must fill the gap. - Pool records were observed being filled out upon the EHS arrival, suggesting the facility is not taking chemical readings and just filling out the log. TO be followed up on during 30 day flow meter follow up. - 30 day ITS was issued for the flow meter being non-operational.
