General CommentsInspection conducted with Lionel Garcia. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. - Phone does not ring when called. Recommend providing an emergency phone with the ringer enabled. - Main drains off in the pump room. Recommend having drains at least partially open unless pool was designed for the skimmers to handle 100% of the flow of the pump. - Gates and surrounding fence sections recently replaced. Ensure gates continue to meet current code and keyfob system operates on a battery backup. - Inlet fitting at ladder not functioning. Recommend having a pool contractor check to see if the line is blocked or if its an old unused fill line that needs to be abandoned. Prior to 2021 permit being issued, the following will need to be corrected. - Provide US Coast Guard approved ring buoy with 50 foot throw rope. Current 29 foot throw rope is too short, pool 33 feet wide. - Provide 2" wide contrasting color bands along the leading edge of the bench and steps, or if using 2" tiles, within 1 inch of the leading edge of the steps and bench. Ensure tiles or painted bands extend to walls of the pool. Intent to suspend issued. 5) 8) “Executive Order No. 141 or subsequent Orders are in effect unless such Orders are rescinded or superseded by another applicable Order.”
