General Comments

Inspection conducted with office staff. *NOTE* Filtration pump on, but not pumping any water through the system. PVC piping on both sides of the pump were very warm. Maintenance staff not onsite today. Recommend having filtration system looked at by a pool professional. Permit condition that filtration flow is required at between 90 GPM and 145 GPM. Feature flow shall not exceed 145 GPM due to drain cover restrictions. No flow on filtration flow meter. Not able to determine on feature, feature flow meter only reads up to 120 GPM. - Intent to suspend item. 911 had difficulty hearing me. Recommend having phone company check the emergency phone. No diving tile cracked. Maintain in good condition. Immediate suspension issued 2) 3) Contact Will Harrison (704) 507-6824 for re-inspection once issues have been corrected.
