Observed chicken wings that were 45 F. Observed chicken gizzards stored at 43 F. Chicken wings were in the refrigerator since last night. Chicken gizzards were made last night as well. CDI- chicken wings and gizzards were discarded. Also, egg rolls were above 41 F stored in flip top unit. CDI- egg rolls were stored in cooler at proper area. |
