General Comments

Inspection conducted with Galo Samaniego. Due to COVID-19 precautions, inspection was not signed by the operator. Outer rope on ring buoy fraying. Recommend replacing with new, USCG approved ring bouy and 50 foot throw rope prior to next pool season. Emergency phone sign says "push button for 911". Emergency phone requires that you dial 9-1-1. Observed correct dialing instructions listed on the phone. Recommend updating the main emergency phone sign with correct dialing instructions. Wingnuts on body hook bolts facing towards the inside of the body hook. Recommend having wingnuts face away from the hook to avoid potential injury in the event the body hook is used in a rescue.
