No demerits were issued for the following: 5. Observed bag of cereal opened within the box in the kitchen. Spoke with staff about proper storage. Bag should be placed in a re-sealable bag/container after opening. **Store all foods in approved re-sealable bags or containers once opened. 15A NCAC 18A .2806 (a) NOTE: Ensure that bulk milk brought from home are labeled with the child’s name and date when it comes within the center. Milk should be sent home at the end of the week. 49. Observed wood boarder on the playground beginning to splinter. **Keep the premises clean and free of dilapidated structures and broken play equipment. 15A NCAC 18A .2832 (a).
