*One deli prep cooler and one cooler of drawers are currently in the facility but are not being used despite being operational. PIC stated he has not removed them due to only not using them because of a decrease in sell volume. Coolers will be used when business picks back up. *Facility has not begun selling breakfast yet due to lack of staffing. PIC stated he will call once his hours of operation change to reflect selling breakfast.
