Inspection conducted with Gerald Taylor, CPO. PDSC form and permit restrictions verified onsite. Permit denied. Items that will hold up permit: .2530(f) Pool telephone shall be capable of directly dialing 911 or another emergency notification system. Observed Kings III emergency phone system unable to transfer to 911. .2535(1) Maintain pH at 7.2 to 7.8. Observed pH of 6.8. CPO added sodium carbonate resulting in 6.9. Maintain chemistry at required concentrations. Other item(s) observed with no permit action were corrected during today’s inspection. Once corrected, contact Environmental Health at 980-314-1620 to submit re-inspection fee.
