General Comments

CPO reports that the pump housing was changed, but the pump and motor remain the same. The motor data plate is in place, but the pump data plate was not transferred. Pool main drain covers have been replaced, PDSC form was verified. Main drains covers expire 3/20/2030. Immediate Suspension issued for pH being out of range. Pool is closed to swimming by order of the Health Department. Contact C. Elmore at 704-507-6814 when correction is made. Pool cannot reopen until correction is verified by the Health Department.
