15 - Ring buoy rope at 48 ft. Rope length corrected to 50 ft. during inspection. Ring buoy grab rope degrading. Replace with USCG approved ring buoy within 30 days. Will verify on return visit. 22 - Emergency phone not ringing back to pool deck when number dialed. Verified callback. Phone does not have ring sound and must know to push button to answer the phone. Change to audible ring or automatic pick-up. Given 30 days to correct. Intent to Suspend issued for window limiter and flow meter. Matt KHAMSANHIONA present during the inspection.
