15A NCAC 18A .1610 (b) The residential care facility shall provide each resident with soap and individual hand-drying towels. These hand-drying towels will be stored separately after being used.- Observed no paper towel at kitchen and restroom sinks. CDI- The facility has stored the paper towels in drawers for residents safety. Ensure to provide both soap and paper towels within reach for hand washing at all hand sinks at all times. |
