G.S. 130A-2(3) Chlorine added directly to swimming pool. Chlorination must occur through NSF approved chlorinator. Eliminate direct hazard to public.
Observed chlorine puck had been added directly into skimmer. PIC stated Caribbean Pools had changed the sand filter last month that may have affected the chlorinator, and stated chlorine puck was added yesterday to raise chlorine levels. EHS explained why this is a violation.
