General Comments

Inspection conducted with Eric Parker. Immediate suspension of permit issued due to inoperable emergency phone system and for pool water pH below 7.2. Once both items are corrected, call Hope McIntosh at 980-229-7549 to request a re-visit. Pool closed and signs posted during inspection. Pool must remain closed for swimming until permit is reinstated. Night swimming is not permitted. Note: All 4 Aquastar main drain covers will expire on 8/14/24. Replace drain covers and submit pdsc to the department for approval prior to their expiration.
