15A NCAC 18A .1826 (h) Furnishings, bathroom fixtures, carpets, and other accessories in guest rooms, shall be kept clean and in good repair. Observed stained carpet in room 225, dingy and stained carpet on 3rd floor hall. Observed dingy spots in jacuzzi in room 325, buildup on refrigerator seals, rusting at bottom of refrigerator and damaged cabinet floor where refrigerator is stored. Observed dirty refrigerator in room 300 and in room 225, bottom cabinet floor that stores refrigerator damaged. |
