Observed food debris inside mini refrigerator, food debris in & around pullout bed & behind bed headboard in room #305. Observed in room # 325 damaged housing of mini refrigerator with moisture damage, no longer smooth & cleanable; in room # 325 air filters are dirty. Observed loose debris on pullout bed & food debris inside mini refrigerator in room # 203. Observed heavy stains & debris on carpet on 2nd & 3rd floor hallways.
