G.S. 130A-2(3) - Permit denied due to imminent hazard. EHS observed no grounding wire attached to pump motor. Pool Operator stated pump motor was replaced recently and service company took grounding wire. Operator stated a service request was submitted to electrician to have grounding wire installed. No permit conditions noted. Night swimming is not permitted.
