-Salads were prepared today around 950am and placed into the customer self service unit [ambient 38F] prior to being properly cooled [see log].
CDI - PIC vented salads and placed in the standing reach in in cooler to cool. EHS was not able to measure products once more prior to the end of the visit but staff was knowledgeable and monitoring temperatures. |

-Standing reach in freezer was out of service due to surge in last night's storm; known issue - ticket in progress.
CDI - Prior to EHS's visit, the food employees had already emptied the freezer and took temperatures of the products. PIC voluntarily discarded food that was found to be out of temp [ambient on unit read at 60F]. |
