General Comments

EHS observed broken liquid chlorinator. CPO stated that he added chlorine to pool this morning but chlorinator was broken as of prior day. Per G.S. 130A-2(3) Chlorine is not to be added directly to swimming pool. Chlorination must occur through chlorinator. EHS observed a lot of static at emergency phone making it difficult to hear and speak with operator. Repair. Call EH front desk at 980-314-1620 to pay $100 re-inspection fee. Once fee has been paid, contact EHS @ 704-301-4200 to reschedule inspection.
