CDI- Dispenser ran until blockage cleared, buckets refilled to proper concentration, 250ppm. (-1.5)

Observed one knife on tether between prep sinks with dark residue inside, no longer cleanable.
CDI- PIC to use other knives while awaiting replacement (many available) and place work order to have more delivered earlier than is scheduled (monthly). |
