Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings, clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2824 and .2825. Observed popcorn ceiling cracking sporadically throughout center. EHS advises facility to have ceiling repaired. Observed minor touch up paint needed to door frames throughout center, EHS advises center to touch up paint where needed within center.
