Inspection completed with Kevin Kane (Maintenance supervisor). No signature due to COVID-19. Immediate suspension issued for non-operational emergency phone. Repair and contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 to reopen pool. An intent to suspend the permit will be issued for a door not self-latching and incomplete records if not corrected when EHS makes return visit to verify emergency phone is repaired.
