NO POINTS Remove refrigerator from toddler classroom. #19: Keep water fountains clean at all times. 15A NCAC 18A .2815 (f). Observed build-up on mouth guard of water fountains. Put on a more frequent cleaning schedule. #34: Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). Observed some of the cabinets that hold the spray bottles water damaged and need replacing.
