Observed wet stacked pans at the three compartment sink dry dish rack. REHS recommends to provide an additional drying rack and to pyramid stack the pans prior to stacking.
Clean equipment and utensils shall be stored in a self-draining position that allows air drying.
Pans were pyramid stacked during inspection. CDI. No points taken. |
