General CommentsEHS observed properly concentrated sanitizer, as well as available chlorine test paper, in 3 compartment sink at time of inspection. However, relative to EHS test paper, provided test paper results were discernibly less reliable (test paper strips still accurately displayed sanitizer concentration at tip of paper, but main strip body displayed a more faded color.) EHS observed an expiration date of 04/19. EHS advises facility to obtain an unexpired test kit to best verify the proper concentration of in use sanitizers.
