Per property manager Bernie, Owner was emailed about issue and repair tech will be out in the morning. Facility will cool down food using freezer in basement temporarily. Prep time on Croquettes will need to be adjusted. EHS was at facility for over an hour and prep was still taking place on same batch of Croquettes.
