NOTE: PIC: Jackie Jenkins present during inspection. Re-Inspection within 7 days. (9/20/24). No point deduction at this time: *Observed a spray bottle inside woman restroom in building 1 without label. Ensure to label all bottle even it’s just water. #30. * Hazardous items must be properly stored and kept behind lock and key. 15A NCAC 18A .3320 (b).- Observed Lysol disinfectant spray aerosol can in unlock cabinet in restroom in building 2. Keep all hazardous items in lock storage/cabinet at all time. *Medications which require refrigeration shall be stored in a locked box or locked container in a refrigerator. 15A NCAC 18A .3320 (d). - Observed medication stored in unlock refrigerator, also not in a lock box. PIC stated the key to unlock refrigerator is broken. And it will be repaired. At the meantime, PIC will put medications and store them in a lock box inside the refrigerator.
