NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATIONS: #40. Keep all floors, walls, and ceilings clean, in good repair, and free of microbial growth. 15A NCAC 18A .3324 (a), (b), (c), and .3325 (a). Observed minor stained ceiling tile outside of women’s restroom in building 1. EHS advises facility to ensure no active leak is occurring and to have stained ceiling tile replaced. Observed hot water at 105-109F at 2 compartment sink in kitchen. Facility does not prepare food onsite, most utensils are single use. EHS recommends facility to restore hot water to minimum of 120F at 2 compartment sink in kitchen. *NOTE: Program Director, Ms. Jackie Jenkins, was present during time of inspection.
