2-301.14 (I) Wash hands after engaging in other activities that contaminate hands. -P Observed only employee handle cash register and proceed to do several types of food prep without washing her hands during inspection. PIC stated that they wipe the cash register down with a sanitizer wipe in the morning. CDI EHS discussed hand washing with PIC and employee and she washed her hands. |
