4-501.116 Concentration of the SANITIZING solution shall be accurately determined by using a test kit or other device. Pf Observed chlorine sanitizer solution in labeled sanitizer spray bottle at a concentration of approximately 10 ppm when initially observed using EHS and MFU test strips. CDI - EHS added additional available bleach to sanitizer bottle until a concentration of 50 ppm was observed. |
