15A NCAC 18A .1826 (c) Sinks, vanities, toilets, and showers in guest rooms shall be cleaned and sanitized between guests. Observed sanitizer in spray bottles at 0 ppm QAC sanitizer. EHS and management tested sanitizer at the dispenser and sanitizer was dispensing at 0 ppm. Staff repaired dispenser and sanitizer bottles were refilled. |
