Observed 3 compartment sink with soiled dishes soaking in wash basin, nothing in rinse basin, and two iced tea urns in empty sanitizer basin. Iced tea urns were also on clean drainboard of 3 compartment sink. Iced tea was being made at this time. Employee then came up and filled sanitizer bucket from wall dispenser of sanitizer which was located on wall near open tea containers. CDI - explained that food should not be prepared at the ware washing sink where contamination could occur. Employees plan to change process. |
