NO DEMERITS FOR THE FOLLOWING VIOLATION: #34. Toys, equipment, furniture, and any other items accessible to the children shall be kept clean and in good repair. 15A NCAC 18A .2822 (a), (b). Observed markings on child sized table in 4's classroom. *NOTE: During time of inspection 2 infant classrooms were closed due to recent exposure to COVID-19. Interium Director Alexis Sherrill was present during time of inspection. Report was emailed to her at: alexis.sherrill@covenantpresby.org
