6-501.12 All physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair and shall be cleaned as often as necessary to keep them clean and by methods that prevent contamination of food products. Floors and walls throughout the restaurant are soiled with residue, not limited to the wall behind the hand sink and prep table and the walls in the back kitchen. There are scuff marks and damage to a few places on the walls and baseboards throughout the restaurant and there is also damage to the floor in front of the walk in cooler and in the front area by the fountain machine and sushi area. Repairing and cleaning is needed. R
Cleaning and organization is needed to the front area (not for customer use) and on the rack by the drive thru window. |
