No points were deducted for the following: 26. Observed establishment using peroxide bleach to disinfect but no sanitizer being used. Spoke with staff who was informed that the disinfectant would be sufficient. Informed them that sanitizer must be used in rooms between guests as well. Sanitizer provided from the kitchen. **15A NCAC 18A .1826 (c) Sinks, vanities, toilets, and showers in guest rooms shall be cleaned and sanitized between guests. 27. Observed light shield missing in the storage closet on 8th floor. Needs to be replaced. **15A NCAC 18A .1826 (f) Physical facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
