After washing hands turn of water with paper towel to avoid recontamination of hands. Corrected EHS provided education hands washed correctly. Points will be taken if this violation is repeated. |

Repair leaks, cracks, minor clogs, etc. Observed the faucet at the 3 comp not allowing the hot water to be turned of making it difficult to get the water to the correct temperature for testing the sanitizer. Maintain plumbing system in good repair, replace/repair the faucet. |
