General CommentsInspection conducted with operator, Jony. Immediate suspension issued for chlorine and pH levels. Many intent to suspend items will be addressed with planned re-surfacing. Operator Jony indicated pool re-surfacing planned for 2024 but not scheduled yet. If equalizer lines are plugged per state recommendations, submit a new PDSE showing that change once completed. Reach out to the department for in-field plan review information on pool re-surfacing requirements / materials prior to beginning work. Pool has a leak that will be fixed with re-plastering. Bands on stairs and at breakpoint will be addressed with re-plastering. Loose light will be fixed with re-plastering. Flow meter faded and hard to read. EHS recommends replacing soon. Call EHS Devon Moeller 704 9981122 for re-inspection when all items have been addressed and pool is ready to reopen.
