General Comments

Inspection completed with Matt Starnes present. Permit suspended for emergency phone being non operational. Once repaired, contact Eli Freese at 704.621.2298 to verify and reopen pool. Ensure pool closed signs are posted. Permit conditions - Pump must remain set at speeds 3310 to 3450 RPM to meet turnover requirement of 101 GPM. The following items listed below are should be corrected when pool is reopened otherwise an intent to suspend the permit will be issued. 1. Pool furniture within 6 feet. 2. Door at back of pool not self-latching. 3. Faded depth markers on pool deck.
