Observed that the establishment had a employee health policy but it was not up to date. Manger on Duty was informed and the department provided them with a new updated employee health policy.

Observed that the establishment did not have a vomit/ Diarrheal procedure. Manger on Duty was informed and the department provided the establishment with a vomit/diarrheal procedure.

Pf Observed some buildup on pans and utensils on the storage rack in the kitchen. Manger stated that the pans are not being used. Pans were washed, rinsed, and sanitized and moved to storage. Also observed label residue on the equipment. Employee removed label residues and were washed, rinsed, and sanitized.

Observed flies throughout the facility. PIC was notified to control flies by keeping the drive thru window closed when not in use and keeping the back door closed or any measures to maintain flies.

Observed side door on the receptacle was open. PIC was notfied. Door shall be closed when not in use.

Observed Debris buildup on the floors and walls throughout the establishment. Manger on duty was notified. Additional cleaning needed.
