6-201.11 Floors, Walls and Ceilings - Cleanability (C) Repair wall behind sink in restroom where board was removed and put back up broken and is no longer smooth and easily cleanable.
Replace flooring in the dish area where the linoleum is starting to tear.
Repair walls behind the 3-comp sink as well as in dish room, repair holes and re-paint.
Paint or seal the board that the french fry cutter is mounted on to make it more easily cleanable.
