The premises, including the outdoor play area, shall be kept clean, drained and free of litter and hazardous materials. Section 15 (e). - Observed playground area, and path from kitchen door lead to the outside need clearing and keep safe from objects to prevent tripping hazard . Observed metal rods sticking out from the cement ground. Removal needed. |
