4-501.11 Maintain equipment in good repair. Observed metal cords used to secure knives damaged throughout the kitchen. The knives and cords are provided by an outside vendor hired by the airport. All cords must be replaced and kept in good repair. Observed shelving in the walk in refrigerator with chipping paint. Replaced the damaged equipment. Note: Airport knife vendor has been notified by HMS Host to ensure tethers are in good repair. |
